ViralJury is an online-only pre-upload short-form video feedback product. This policy describes the information the website may receive and how it is used.

We may receive information you send through a support message, such as your email address and the question or feedback you choose to provide. We may also receive basic technical information needed to secure and operate the website.
3. How we use information
We use information to respond to support requests, operate and improve ViralJury, protect the website from abuse, and understand which product workflows need clarification.
4. Video and product data
Public SEO pages do not require a video upload. If an authenticated product workflow is enabled for you, uploaded media and report data are handled for that workflow and are not presented as public marketing claims.
5. Service providers
ViralJury may use infrastructure and security providers, including Cloudflare and analytics or authentication services configured for the website. Providers receive only the information needed to perform their service.
6. Cookies and analytics
ViralJury uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for approved, low-cardinality page and product-funnel measurement. For visitors in the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, both services remain disabled unless the visitor accepts analytics cookies; the choice can be changed later using Cookie choices. Microsoft Clarity is limited to approved public pages and is not loaded on account, upload, job, report, authentication, billing, waitlist, or private routes. We do not intentionally send filenames, video content, report identifiers, form text, or direct contact details to analytics. These providers may use cookies or similar browser identifiers to provide measurement. We do not sell personal information.
7. Data retention and choices
We retain information only for as long as needed for the stated purpose, security, or legal obligations. You can request correction or deletion by contacting support.
8. Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information, but no online system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated as the website and product workflows change. The current version remains available on this page.
